The tribunal records statistical information about the number and type of appeals received.
An annual report is published for each tribunal year and covers the period September to August. The reports contain statistical information about the number of appeals and claims we receive, the type of appeals that have been lodged, and in which local authority area. The reports also contain financial information about the Tribunal over the financial year from April to March.
We continuously measure our performance against targets and our performance is also reported in the Annual Report for the tribunal.
